My name is Mohcine Ben Karmel, I began my career as an audit assistant, where I refined my attention to detail and analytical skills, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. In backend customer service roles, I developed strong interpersonal skills and learned the importance of client satisfaction and effective communication within an organization. As a team lead, I guided teams toward shared objectives while fostering a collaborative environment.
